LIONS FC ANNOUNCE NEW AND IMPROVED PARTNERSHIP WITH LUXURY PAINTS

Lions FC continues its strong relationship with Luxury Paints and has penned a new deal that will see the business assume all stadium naming rights.

Lions Football Club is pleased to announce that they have extended their long-standing relationship with Luxury Paints, a loyal business partner that has supported Queensland football for many years.

As of January 1st, 2023, Lions Stadium will officially re-don the Luxury Paints Stadium title – A name that has been associated with the club for over a decade. For Lions supporters and Richlands locals, the name will sound all too familiar, and with this improved sponsorship, all fields will be renamed to Luxury Paints Stadium 1, 2, 3 and 4, respectively.

The Luxury Paints logo will adorn the front of our jerseys for the NPL Men’s & U23’s teams, the Australia Cup squad and the FQ Academy Leagues 1,2 & 3 sides.

Luxury Paints has worn its name across our jersey during the most successful period in the club’s history, and it is with great pride that the relationship continues.

Luxury Paints is a privately owned company that has been servicing the Australian public and the building industry since 1982. The innovative and proudly Australian company are celebrating their 40th year in business and has been a dedicated supporter of Queensland football for many years.

Luxury Paints are currently Platinum Partners at Brisbane Roar in addition to their commitments to our club, further headlining their unwavering dedication to Australian football.

Lions FC General Manager Rob Scanlon shared his enthusiasm about the club’s continued relationship with Luxury Paints.

“Having Luxury Paints commit again for another three years is fantastic for the club”, Scanlon said. “Not only moving forward but also as a sign of the past.

“The Baradel family have been heavily involved in the club for many, many years, and to be able to bring back the Luxury Paints Stadium name helps give recognition for what the family have committed to.

“There’s nothing better on senior game day than to see 3 generations of the family sitting on the deck supporting the club they love. Long may the association continue.”

Luxury Paints General Manager Vicki Baradel spoke about the company’s pride in the continued relationship with Lions FC.

“Luxury Paints are proud to be associated with Lions FC and are excited to be a part of the future of this great club”, Vicki said.

“Becoming the new stadium naming rights partner is a testament to our passion for the sport and commitment to the club!”

With shared values that are mirrored on and off the pitch, it is a privilege for Lions FC to continue our long-standing partnership with Luxury Paints.
